About Me

Hi there! I'm Hilary Davis.  

 

I'm a qualified health coach registered with the International Association for Health Coaches. I  have a Graduate Diploma in Wellness (with Distinction) from RMIT University in Melbourne and I have completed coaching certification with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I've completed an Advanced Certificate in Guiding and Teaching Meditation (220 hours) with the Australian Centre for Meditation and Mindfulness, and I am an accredited facilitator of the acclaimed Wellness Inventory online assessment tool.  I have also recently completed the Emotional Eating Psychology Course with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.

My mission is to support busy women to create happy, healthy and vibrant lives for themselves by developing a healthy relationship with stress, and a holistic, whole-person view of their wellbeing.  I'm passionate about helping people access tools to create their own style of wellbeing that suits their unique self and circumstances. There is no cookie cutter for your personal wellbeing - you need to work out what works for you! I'm also an advocate for women to develop a strong sense of self-acceptance, self-compassion and self-worth as a foundation for their wellbeing.

I have a busy family life, and following on from my former career as a lawyer, I have a practical understanding of the challenges that all busy women face, whether in paid employment or not. I believe that wellbeing is available to everyone through small, sustainable habit changes and I love supporting people to make a healthy difference in their life.
