    In this 60 min workshop we explore mindfulness as a transformative practice for enhancing mental clarity and emotional balance. Using an evidence-based approach we delve into the science of mindfulness, its effects on the nervous system, and its profound support for overall wellbeing. We cover practical ways to integrate mindfulness into a busy day, concluding with a deeply relaxing guided meditation to enable staff to experience the benefits of meditation firsthand.
