Hi, I’m Hilary Davis—a qualified Health Coach and Meditation Teacher.

Fourteen years ago, I left behind a successful career as a lawyer to follow my passion for health and wellbeing. Little did I know that this shift would prepare me to navigate and eventually overcome the kind of stress I never thought I’d face.

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:

At the heart of the program is a comprehensive, 12-module online course. You’ll have the convenience of group support through our dedicated website (no need for social media!), plus personalised weekly guidance from me via the free Voxer app during my designated Voxer Business Hours.

You'll complete a wellness assessment using the highly-regarded Wellness Inventory tool. You’ll have 12 months of access to this tool (worth $70AUD), allowing you to track your progress over time and revisit your improvements next year.

Each week, I’ll introduce a new module, each focusing on a different aspect of holistic health and wellbeing. The content is designed to be easily digestible, broken down into small, actionable steps that fit into your busy day.

Modules 1-9 will run from 21 October until 16 December 2024, then Modules 10-12 will be released from 13 January - 27 January 2025.

During the Christmas break you will continue to have personalised weekly guidance from me via the free Voxer app during my designated Voxer Business Hours.

In addition, you’ll have access to detailed workbooks and resources to guide your journey. Everything is thoughtfully prepared to support you.
