On World Meditation Day, I’m offering a free, live, lovingkindness meditation.
​
Lovingkindness meditation is a simple and powerful mindfulness practice that involves gently directing feelings of care and goodwill:
-
towards yourself;
-
towards those you care about; and
-
and outward, to the wider world.
At this time of year, and in a world where brutality is juxtaposed with courage and kindness, taking a moment to pause and wish well can be a deeply grounding and meaningful act.
It’s not about fixing anything or changing how you feel. Instead, it’s about meeting life with a little more softness and humanity.

You don’t need any prior meditation experience.
Everyone is welcome.
What to Expect

A 30 minute guided lovingkindness meditation;

Gentle guidance suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike; and

Time to simply rest, reflect, and connect.
