Choc Peppermint Bliss Balls of Deliciousness

In my house, chocolate and peppermint are the PERFECT flavour combination. And when you can combine them in a snack that is actually good for you, it is a double-win.
This recipe was passed on to me by my friend Carolyn, so I can't claim it as my own. But it is one of those stick-it-all-in-the-blender ones, so it is fast, easy, but best of all totally delicious, too.
If you've come to one of my classes, you will probably have tried these already. If you haven't come to a class yet, then let me know and you can munch on these while learning about the wonderful benefits of the oils, you don't even have to make them yourself!
But seriously, they are full of healthy fats, they keep you satiated, contain magnesium, calcium and antioxidants, and help to support your production of neurotransmitters, so they really are BLISS balls for your body and mind.
INGREDIENTS
1.5 cups walnuts
1 cup fresh, pitted dates
1 cup coconut
1.5 tablespoons of raw cacao powder
8-10 drops doTERRA Peppermint Oil
Pinch of salt
METHOD
Blitz ingredients together in the blender, roll them up, refrigerate them, and try not to eat them all at once!
