Too good not to share... Lemon and Raspberry Coconut Yogurt Pots

This recipe is so simple I'm almost embarrassed to share it... but it is so tasty that I think I owe it to the world to share the love! Only three ingredients - why not try it tonight?

Lemon and Raspberry Coconut Yogurt Pots
Serves 2
Ingredients
1/2 cup coconut yogurt
Frozen raspberries for toppping
doTERRA Lemon Essential Oil (2-3 drops, to taste)
Method
Place your frozen raspberries in a small bowl approximately fifteen minutes before you require them. They will defrost and create their own small pool of raspberry juice.
Combine the yogurt and one drop of doTERRA Lemon Essential Oil in a small bowl. Taste your combination, and add more Lemon Essential Oil until the flavour is to your taste.
Add some of the raspberry juice that has defrosted from the frozen raspberries and fold through the yogurt mixture so you get a swirled look and the raspberry flavour through the mix.
Divide between two small cups, top with your defrosted raspberries and the remaining juice, and enjoy!
